Loch Leven Lodges is a brand new development offering a limited number of beautiful woodland lodges for holiday let on a self-catering basis. In order that our visitors can enjoy a perfect holiday whilst renting our lodges we would ask that you read the following terms and conditions of the rental agreement:
Terms and Conditions
- The prices given are per lodge per week or short break on a self-catering basis
- Weekly rates apply from Friday at 3pm to the following Friday at 10.30am.
- Short breaks are for 4 days midweek starting on a Monday or 3 days over a weekend starting on a Friday but cannot be booked more than six weeks on advance.
- A deposit of 20% is due at time of booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to date of arrival.
- A reservation is only confirmed with the payment of the deposit.
- A returnable deposit of £50 is required on arrival from which the cost of electricity and gas may be deducted at the end of the hire period.
- Entry to the lodges is from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure or otherwise by prior agreement.
- In the event of cancellation the hirer will forfeit the deposit.
- Notice of cancellation should be made immediately by telephone and thereafter confirmed in writing.
- Bookings by persons under the age of 16 cannot be accepted.
- No fires are to be lit in the grounds of Loch Leven Lodges.
- Pets are permitted by prior agreement. Pets must not be left unattended at any time in the lodges. Pets must not be allowed into the bedrooms or on the furniture.
- The lodges are to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any items accidentally broken or damaged should be notified immediately and their replacement will be charged. Fair wear and tear is accepted.
- The number of people occupying the lodges must not exceed that stated in the booking. If additional numbers are expected after time of booking please advise accordingly. There will be no additional cost, however insurance conditions dictate maximum numbers per lodge and this must be complied with.
- No liability is accepted by Loch Leven Lodges for loss or damage to customer’s property, baggage, motor cars etc. however caused.
- The owners reserve the right to refuse admission to person(s) or pet(s), whom in the opinion of the owners is/are not suitable to take charge or are causing a disturbance which may upset the harmony of other guests.
