Information about our Lodges
(For the perfect holiday. Based in Fife and Kinross)
Our lodges are fully equipped and have fully controllable central heating and are furnished to the highest standards throughout.
Each of our lodges has:
- either 2 or 3 bedrooms,
- a bathroom,
- fully fitted and well equipped kitchen
- open-plan living / dining area.++
- En suite in Master bedroom
Our High Standard Kitchens are equipped with:
- an oven,
- Grill,
- Hob,
- Microwave,
- fridge freezer
- dishwasher.
All the lodges are fully double glazed with patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking Loch Leven.
Internally our lodges contain:
- a television,
- free satellite TV
- DVD player
- selection of books
- Selection of Videos
- All bed linen, pillows and duvets are provided,
- tea towels and 2 hand towels are provided
- 6 Bath towels are provided in a 3 bedroom lodge
- 4 bath towels are provided in a 2 bedroom lodge
- Arrival times is 2 pm (1400 hrs) although other arrangements can be made by contacting our reception on 01592 841 144.
- Departure time is 10 am (1000 hrs) although other arrangements can be made by contacting our reception on 01592 841 144.
- Extra bath towels can be hired on request for a cost of £1.00 per towel.
- Laundry facilities are available from the coffee shop for a cost of £10.00 per basket where your laundry will be washed and dried.
- Sofa bed, cot and high chair are also available for a hire at a cost of £10.00 per stay.
- There will be a ‘good housekeeping’ deposit of £30.00 payable on your arrival. This will be refunded on your departure when the lodge has had its “Good Housekeeping final inspection”.
- Electricity and gas are inclusive in the price.
Disabled Facilities: Please advise us if you have any specific requests or needs.
Every effort will be made to accommodate any specific request to ensure the comfort and needs of our disabled guests. .
Smoking Policy: All of the lodges are strictly non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted outside the lodges. If found to be smoking in our lodges the ‘good housekeeping’ charge will not be refunded.
Pets: Well-behaved non-destructive pets are welcome in many of our lodges.
A £50 returnable deposit is required.
A £20 surcharge per pet.
